Rhino Records

If I had to work for a multi-national company, I would work for Rhino Records. It is located in Los Angles. This company is highly respected to many. Rhino Records donates food, toys, and clothing items to charities. They believe in the Liberty Hills Foundation “it‘s change not charity”.

In other words, a hand up not out. That is something we all need to learn to do. “Rhino Records has donated money to programs for the homelessness, hunger, and disease as well as campaigns for livable wages, affordable housing, transportation for poor, and workers, and immigration rights. They encourages workers to commit at least 16 hours of community service per year, and those who do gets rewards by paid days off. This company does it all, they organize flied trips for kids, they even started an after school program. The after school program also includes the Al Wooten Center. Rhino Records and Al Wooten Center stated this program after a gang related death in South Central Los Angles. The program that assists Rhino’s employees in getting involved is called social and environmental responsibility team (SERT). Which also has a mission is raise awareness, ignite activism, encourage responsible volunteerism, and support environmental, economic, and social justice to campaign for racial change in our communities.

Most company just wants their business to do well and is not worried about others. That is what makes Rhino Records a great company to work for. They just do not get involved in the community but they also get involved environmental as well. Their mission as a company is to put out great stuff, have some fun, make money, learn from each other, and make a difference wherever they can. Now that is a good mission you can to proud of. Some companies are not worried about the ethic part of the working environment, but Rhino Records are. They have managers and offices just for the ethics issues. They are train in the ethics area. Rhino Records are involved in every aspect that makes a great business great.

Working for Rhino Records would give me a chance to help the less fortunate and to improve myself image. Rhino Records has everything a multi-national company needs, and it has been around for over 100 years so what they are doing has to be working well. Rhino Records would definitely be my choice if I were going to work for a multi- national company. It just makes the most sense.

School for Special Needs Children

My ultimate dream job would be to run a school for special needs children in which parents have given them up. A school where they could stay, learn, grow, and be loved. Some parents who learn that their child may be a little bit different from others may choose to give them up for adoption or send them to a home. To me, children with special needs are the most wonderful thing ever. Most are capable of learning, just a little bit slower than others. I am willing to take the time with them and give them the attention, love, and affection they need. I just want them to be with other children like them and learn that they can function normally.

I love all children and I just have a gift to work with them. Ever since I was in elementary school, I can remember going to help the special needs children and just being around them brighten up my day. I don’t know how some people could be so blind that they can’t see how wonderful those children are. Special needs children go through a lot. They get treated differently, picked on, called names, and sometimes even bullied. In the school that I will open, I will teach them how to deal with all this with confidence. I just want them to understand that even though they are a little different, they are important. They have the ability to overcome anything and live life as normal as possible without being looked down on by society.

This school will be wonderful and so filled with love. I just want to be the person they look up to and come to when they’re feeling down or feeling like they just can’t make it. I just want to make a difference in their lives.
